**FAQ – Delivery Time for Pre-Ordered Funko Pop Digital**

### 1. **Why is the delivery time so long?**
Digital Funko Pops are limited editions, and their acquisition follows a specific process. After your purchase, there are several steps before acquiring and receiving the physical Pops, which explains the long wait before receiving them.

### 2. **How long will it take to receive my order?**
Typically, it takes **several months**, sometimes between **4 and 6 months** after the end of the NFT purchase and validation campaign for physical Pops to be produced and shipped.

### 3. **When can I expect to receive a shipping confirmation?**
We will keep you informed at every important step. Once the products are ready to be sent, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

### 4. **Can I cancel my order or request a refund?**
Since these products are **limited edition**, each purchase is **final and cannot be cancelled**. We recommend that you think carefully before validating your pre-order.

### 5. **Why can't I receive my Pop immediately?**
Pop Digital are not standard products. They require:
- **The acquisition of an NFT** validating your purchase.
- **A personalized manufacturing process** and in limited series.
- **Shipping after production**, which takes time.
